Our Founder — Yvonne

 

I started The Good Life from a deep belief that understanding health — and caring for our wellbeing — changes everything. How we think, feel, the experiences we create, show up for ourselves and others. From a young age, I’ve been passionate about taking good care of myself and the people I love. When at the age of 27, I was called to care of two sick family members, I began exploring the foundations of health. Both modern science and ancient wisdom. This was when I realized we have far more influence than we’re often taught.

The Good Life is created to share the essentials that truly matter for all of us. It's a safe place to slow down, experience more energy and ease, come back to yourself and a state of calm and peace, even while navigating loss and life’s harder seasons.
